Content Development
Content development refers to a marketing strategy that utilizes physical and digital content creation, including, but not limited to, blog posts, podcasts, videos, articles, and social media posts. As a company, we task ourselves with ensuring that we effectively inform, persuade and entertain our target audience. We are responsible for developing content strategies and goals and pitching ideas to the communications and marketing executives. Also, we collaborate with other departments and team members and brainstorm subjects for creative content.
Social Media Management
Involves creating social media posts that should create a strong brand to build a solid social media presence. We manage content distribution through our various social media channels by establishing an ongoing process to manage it. The method includes setting up a content calendar, managing and moderating posts, analyzing performance indicators for insights, and increasing social media post effectiveness. We have to stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications, oversee the design of social media accounts, and design and implement social media strategies to align with company goals.
Lead generation
Lead generation means gaining potential customers’ interest to increase future sales. A lead is an individual who has displayed an interest in a company’s products or services but may be unable to buy. The company usually has reason to believe they may be willing to do so in the future. As a lead generation team, our work is to establish viable opportunities and work with the sales team to focus their efforts on interested parties. We also contact prospective customers if they represent a sales opportunity.
Search Engine Optimization
This is the process of maximizing the number of visitors to a particular website by ensuring that the site appears high on the list of results returned by a search engine. It includes On-page SEO, Off-page SEO, Technical SEO, and Local SEO. Our role is to optimize our content historically by taking some time each month to update old blogs with up-to-date information. In addition, we look out for changing keywords and new search intent and replace old content by injecting new sections into it or giving it a complete refresh.
Email Marketing
Through the use of email service providers (ESP), we can reach our target audience and achieve our objectives of; driving sales via an email marketing campaign. e.g., special offers, anniversaries, birthdays, and personalized coupons to re-engage our audience. Abandoned cart emails are also sent to remind a buyer of a product he was about to purchase but didn’t check out. Email marketing is advantageous because it lets us reach many consumers directly.
